Idaho Mother Arrested During Governor Brad Little’s Lockdown Continues Court Battle 2 Years Later — “My Children Still Ask Mom are You Going to Get Arrested?”
Mandates & Lockdowns Continue for the Prosecuted
On April 21, 2020, Sara Brady took her children to the park to play with the other local children. Police officers arrived, and in front of her children, threw Sara Brady in handcuffs, hauling her off to jail.
Sara Brady was arrested for disobeying Governor Brad Little’s COVID lockdown orders.
Sara Brady posted on her Facebook page that “today, $26,000 and 911 days later, the judge has denied the motion to dismiss the case on constitutional grounds and set a 3rd trial date for January 24th and 25th of 2023.”
Ammon Bundy, who is running to be Idaho’s next governor, posted the mother’s video online, proclaiming that once elected, he will pardon Sara Brady, as well as “all Idahoans who were arrested during Brad Little’s lockdown.”
Sara Brady went on to tell Idahoans to “vote for Ammon Bundy” and that he is the “only true conservative candidate who is running for Governor.”
“he (Bundy) would never stand by while the State of Idaho drags a mom through the courts for standing in an open area of a park.”
