Idaho Rep. Heather Scott Blasts Boise Pride over Child “Drag Kids” Event — “..our Children are Being Corrupted, Sexualized, and Displayed on Stage Before Perverted Adults.”
Idaho’s Republicans are Pushing Back
Idaho Representative Heather Scott took to social media to bemoan local organizers, media personalities and sponsors of the Boise LGBT Pride event which planned an underage “Drag Kids” event.
The scheduled “Drag Kids” event has been “postponed” after numerous organizers dropped out after learning male children as young as 11 were to be dressing in women clothing and dancing on stage in front of adults.
Scott, who is Idaho’s “top conservative” Representative, called the event an “atrocity,” promising to “protect” children in Idaho from corruption.
Scott’s statement coms just after Representative Tammy Nichols suggested that according to Idaho law, the Mayor of Boise could be held legally liable for perverse displays in the presence of children.
Sponsors continue to drop out of the event, claiming to have not been made aware of the “Drag Kids” event set to host children under the age of 18.
