Police: Idaho Pastor Who Said ‘Put all Queers to Death’ Not Guilty of ‘Hate Speech’
Idaho is a Christian State
An Idaho pastor made headlines after saying “put all queers to death” during his church service in Boise Idaho. The statements, which are based from bible teaching, are not considered ‘hate speech’ as Idaho code does not recognize people with LGBT sexuality or gender as protected groups.
Idaho code states "It shall be unlawful for any person, maliciously and with the specific intent to intimidate or harass another person because of that person’s race, color, religion, ancestry, or national origin."
Democrats have repeatedly failed to change Idaho’s laws regarding protected groups to include gender-identity.
While Christians in Idaho continue to have the right to quote the Bible without facing legal repercussions, police and lawmakers continue to push ahead with the LGBT agenda.
