Records Request Reveals LGBT Teacher Pressured Administration Into Banning Travis Lohr From Graduation — Called Students “Dumbasses”
The Millstone Award For Best Teacher Of The Year Goes To…
(Kellogg, Idaho) — Thanks to a lawsuit filed against Kellogg School District by independent journalist Casey Whalen, public records relating to the banning of Travis Lohr from graduation have been made available for the first time.
Travis Lohr, a senior at Kellogg High School was prevented from graduating after saying "Guys are guys and girls are girls; there is no in between."
According to the newly released records, the district's art teacher named Rachel Krusemark threatened that if Lohr was allowed to walk, she would not attend the graduation.
Krusemark, a lesbian married to Shoshone County Sheriff Holly Lindsey, decided to punish school kids because the truth that Travis spoke offended her because of her LGBT ideology.
Less than two hours after Krusemark's email threatening she wouldn't attend graduation, an email was sent by Tori Sheppard to Robert Casagrande asking for Travis Lohr to be removed from graduation slideshow.
Following a student organized walkout protest, Lohr was written up for insubordination twice on June 2nd and June 5th, after the graduation had already occurred.
Dakota Mailloux, a bus driver with the district who attended the protest was fired, and he is now suing the district for infringing on his civil rights.
During this whole episode, the school district LIED about why Travis was being banned from Graduation, claiming they couldn't talk about the situation due to FERPA laws.
The full records request has been made available thanks to Casey Whalen. He spent over $250 procuring these records by suing the school district, so please donate to him if you can!
