Boise School Teacher And LGBT Pride Foundation Volunteer, Eric McDermott, Arrested On Charges Of Raping A 16 Year Old Boy — Idaho Media Covers Up Teacher’s LGBT Activism

(Boise, Idaho) A Boise Jr. High School school teacher and basketball coach named Eric McDermott was arrested on Monday for the alleged rape of a 16 year old boy that was once his student at Fairmont Junior High. McDermott is currently being held by $1 million bail.
According to reports, McDermott allegedly contacted his victim on a “dating hookup site” in 2020, where he allegedly sent his victim nude photos. McDermott then allegedly communicated the teenage victim over several days, arranged a meeting, and then brought the teen to his home where McDermott allegedly raped him.
What the establishment media outlets in Idaho are NOT telling you, is that McDermott was a prominent volunteer with the Pride Foundation’s Idaho Leadership Action Team.
His involvement with LGBT “youth outreach” is not exactly a state secret; it’s ALL over his Facebook.
McDermott would travel all around Idaho, attending drag shows and pride events, seeking “volunteers” ages 16 and up - the same age as his alleged victim.
The Pride Foundation, the organization that he “volunteers” for, is a sponsor of the North Idaho Pride Alliance, as well as Boise Pride.
Although at the time of writing, we are not fully aware of the entire extent of McDermott’s travels around the state, we do know for sure that he was present at the Moscow, Idaho “Palouse Pride” event in the summer of 2018.
This whole thing - the “Pride in the Park’s” and “Pride Festivals” around the state, are a part of a larger operation that normalizes and legitimizes pedophilia, and the sexual abuse of minors under the guise of so-called “human rights.”
McDermott was not only interested in LGBT “youth outreach” he was also extremely involved in reading, promoting, and giving minors sexually explicit LGBT Books, as evidenced by his posts on an internet book forum called Good Reads.
Here, McDermott is responding to a post about how certain Young Adult classified books contain “too much sex for being called under-18 reading. “I agree about the NA [New Adult] designation, but I’ve seen them marketed both online and in book stores in the YA sections.”
Funny. The librarians won’t admit it, but a man accused of raping a boy that he groomed since high school has no problem making this admission.

In a group called YA LGBT Books, McDermott said in a October 31st post in 2015 that books by LGBT author Jay Bell are “probably a bit mature for this group’s target audience overall.”
Less than one year later, McDermott admitted publicly on the same forum that he has “Junior High students (freshman) that borrow my copies of all his “Something Like…” Series.

Bells books go into explicit detail about sexual acts, sexting, chatrooms, stealing pornography, and on and on and on.
Don’t believe me? There’s an online copy of “Pride High” that you can peruse. We aren’t making this stuff up.
So, the question remains: Why has all of the coverage from KTVB, the Idaho Statesman and other establishment media outlets deliberately ignored the fact that McDermott was an LGBT Youth Outreach activist, and giving pornographic books to freshmen in his class?
The answer is simple.
And it’s the same reason why the Idaho Establishment Press outlets have not followed up Dustin Kisner, a former teacher at Black Canyon Alternative High School who pled guilty to engaging in lewd conduct with a child under the age of 16 and one charge of enticing a child through the internet.
In this case, the victim was also a student.
KTVB’s report also neglected to tie the new McDermott case to a previous case of sexual abuse by a social worker at the exact same high school.
In that case, the accused abuser, committed suicide before the case went to trial.
All in all there have been at least 6 documented instances of teachers engaging in illegal sexual relationships with their students in Idaho’s public schools, what we don’t know is how many of them, like McDermott, were LGBT Groomers.
This problem is systemic, and must be addressed.
Homosexuals, “transgenders,” and frankly ANY overt sexual deviants should be barred from working with minors. Full stop.
Idaho needs to put the safety of children first, before worrying about some LGBTQIA+ weirdo having his/her/they/them’s feelings hurt. This used to be common sense.
