Brad Little, Ammon Bundy, Janice McGeachin — Which Candidate is Right Idaho? — Analysis Reveals Which Candidate Should Govern The Gem State
While the primaries are right around the corner, many Idahoans remain split on who should represent the Gem State as governor. In this article we will analyze the three front runners and provide a clearer picture of the gubernatorial race ahead.
Brad Little has governed Idaho for around 3 years. During that time, he oversaw the response to COVID hysteria, implementing strict lockdowns, allowing businesses to close their doors for good, while echoing language straight out of Fauci’s playbook.
Idaho’s Democrats have also begun openly supporting Brad Little, in an effort to ensure the least conservative candidate becomes Idaho’s governor. This is of course something we have reported on many times, and it appears Democrat support for Little is only growing.
Let’s take a look at what the governor would like us to forget during the run up to this year’s gubernatorial election.
While Brad Little implemented lockdowns, he took to social media to boast of his booster shots, while repeatedly imploring Idahoans receive theirs too.
The lockdowns were dubbed the “Little Lockdown” and protests ensued across the state, bringing thousands of Idahoans together to speak out against medical tyranny.
Ammon Bundy: a folklore legend to many, a libertarian lunatic to others. Ammon Bundy has had a rough road to Boise. Bundy, who has been arrested six times in the past two years, is going for a world record for most arrested candidate for Idaho governor in history.
Notably, Bundy was arrested twice in the same day during the Brad Little Lockdowns.
In 2020, Bundy was arrested for trespassing at the state capitol. After Bundy got out on bail, he immediately re-entered the capitol where he was again re-arrested for trespassing.
The antics, along with the cool hat, make Bundy a sort of wildcard for Idaho governor. While Bundy might hold the record for number of times a candidate for governor was arrested, he would not have locked down the State as did Brad Little, during the COVID hysteria.
Our third candidate for Idaho governor is Janice McGeachin, who is possibly the most feared candidate of the group, as Democrats view her as Idaho’s Trump. McGeachin, notably, received President Donald Trump’s full endorsement for Idaho governor.
While Janice McGeachin stayed in Boise as governor Brad Little left for the southern border in Texas, she passed an executive order, effectively ending the COVID emergency in Idaho.
This move enraged governor Little, who immediately after returning to Idaho, rescinded McGeachin’s executive order, re-implementing Idaho’s emergency COVID mandates.
Janice has shown she is prepared to take drastic measures to protect Idahoan’s freedoms, while Brad Little has shown he is prepared to strip Idahoan’s freedoms with extreme restrictions and mandates based on faulty Fauci science.
While Janice has not been arrested as Ammon Bundy has, she has proven she is willing to put her money where he mouth is, and follow through with executive orders when the Governor took Idahoan’s rights away from them.
Similarly, Democrats have begun campaigning for Brad Little, as they have begun to view Janice McGeachin as a threat to their liberally progressive causes.
Democrats have even gone so far as to switch party affiliation to Republican, in order to vote for Brad Little in the coming primary race — something that arguably caused the Democrat candidate for governor, Shelby Rognstad, to miss the filing requirement, as he failed to re-register as Democrat after having been registered as Republican.
The media has taken the polar-opposite opinion as Idahoans, choosing Brad Little as the preferred candidate, while branding McGeachin “too conservative” for Idaho, a label she proudly brandishes among constituents.
The media has gone full-shill for the Little campaign, which should tell you everything you need to know about the current governor, as well as which candidate should fill that slot moving forward.
Out of the three front running candidates, we rank Brad Little at the bottom, Ammon Bundy as the second preferred choice, and Janice McGeachin as the top contending candidate for Idaho Governor, as she is he most conservative choice, with her politics most closely aligning with that of the people of Idaho.
