In an epic 3-2 decision, the Idaho Supreme Court has upheld Idaho’s near-total abortion ban.
Following the overturn of Roe v. Wade by the Supreme Court of the United States, Idaho’s “Trigger Law” kicked into effect, essentially eliminating abortion in the state of Idaho.
Contrary to the campaign rhetoric that has been spewed by Democrats for the past year, it turns out that murdering children is not actually “a womans’ right.”
The opinion stated that “the relevant history and traditions of Idaho show abortion was viewed as an immoral act and treated as a crime.”
In a statement given to the notoriously Liberal publication the Idaho Capitol Sun, Rebecca Gibron, spokeswoman for Planned Parenthood said “this is a dark day for the state of Idaho.”
Imagine thinking that being unable to murder your own unborn child is “dark.”
These people are twisted…
In a statement posted to the Idaho Family Policy Center’s website, Blane Coznatti said:
“We have been saying for years that the Heartbeat law drafted and championed by Idaho Family Policy Center is constitutionally, scientifically, and morally sound. Today settles that debate once and for all.
Because of these two pro-life laws, thousands of Idaho babies will receive the opportunity to live their lives and reach their highest potential.
The pro-life movement has worked toward this day for decades with sweat, tears, and sacrifice. It is a great day for precious preborn babies in Idaho!”

Meanwhile, over at Democrat Headquarters; Idaho Democratic Party Chair Lauren Necochea issued a statement saying:
“This decision has made it even clearer that Idahoans cannot rely on the courts to protect their reproductive freedoms.”
Did she miss the part of the opinion that said that Abortion is not a “Right” or did she skip that line?
She’s the one in the mask.
“The only way we can win back our reproductive freedoms is by electing Democrats across the state. We stand with the majority of Idahoans who believe people should have access to all of the reproductive health care options available, including abortion.”
How does someone look at the 2022 election map and walk away thinking that pro-abortion Democrats are in the majority?

These Democrats don’t live in reality. They live in a fantasy world that exists only in their own minds.
They could be staring at a clear blue sky, and say to their constituents “It’s actually pink,” and do it with a straight face.
Liberals will surely be planning some sort of obnoxious protest, where fat ugly women will stomp their feet and scream like toddlers soon.
Or, they might start another costly ballot initiative, wasting taxpayer’s money in an effort to undermine the Christian Values that Idaho is known for.
In a statement issued by the Idaho Republican Party, Chairwoman Dorothy Moon said:
“We applaud this decision and, more importantly, the reasoning that undergirds it. Our fight is not over, however. We ask all Idahoans to remain vigilant and committed to defending life.”
Whatever underhanded stunt these Cultural Terrorists try to pull next, we will be ready for them, and we will ensure that everybody in the State of Idaho, including the pre-born, are afforded the right to life.
Conservatives can rest assured that God is on our side.
