Town Hall: KMPO Commissioners Set To Hold Forum at Altar Church Wednesday, June 28 — Will North Idaho Become an AI Spy-Hub?

They’re Watching. They’re ALWAYS Watching…

(Coeur d’Alene, Idaho) — Following an absolutely PACKED meeting of the Kootenai Metropolitan Planning Organization (KMPO) on June 8th, 2023, Commissioners are set to meet with the community to answer questions about a planned Traffic Management Center that many have alleged is an elaborate Spy-Hub.

Over 170 residents were in attendance of the June 8th meeting, and not one person spoke in favor of the planned Traffic Management Center.

Following the outpouring of public comments, the commissioners agreed to take an early vote during their July 13th meeting to either cancel the Traffic Management Center project or proceed with the process for the next two or three months for a final vote.

The proposed center would link together surveillance cameras throughout North Idaho ostensibly to “improve traffic flow” and reduce congestion, but many have alleged an ulterior motive.

The Town Hall forum is being sponsored by a group called Stop Smart Cities Idaho and will be held at the Altar Church (901 E. Best Ave. Coeur d'Alene Idaho) on Wednesday, June 28th at 6:30 pm.
